Monogram Health is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on event planning, PR activities, and digital marketing support to help drive Monogram Health’s brand and market presence. This role will support the execution of the company’s brand and marketing strategies, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to our digital strategy. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in organizing and executing key events, as well as supporting various marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key company events, including client engagement events, external meetings, and industry conferences.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, attendee communications, event materials, and post-event evaluations.
- Develop and maintain an event calendar, ensuring alignment with Monogram Health’s marketing and business development objectives.
- Track and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and materials, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
Public Relations Support
- Assist in planning and executing conference appearances and speaking engagements for Monogram Health leadership.
- Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, including content development, presentation materials, and event promotion.
- Support the identification and selection of strategic conference opportunities that align with Monogram Health’s business and brand objectives.
- Track and measure the impact of conferences and speaking engagements to assess brand visibility and reach.
Digital Marketing and Content Support
- Execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, including managing email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertising to engage and convert target audiences.
- Maintain and expand a suite of branded collateral, supporting business development and enhancing stakeholder interactions.
- Develop and execute compelling digital content aligned with Monogram Health’s key messages and audience priorities.
- Contribute to website updates and improvements to enhance usability, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
Brand Management and Consistency
- Serve as the steward of Monogram Health’s brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s marketing materials library, ensuring contents are well-organized, current, and optimized to deliver stakeholder value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating conferences and supporting high-visibility speaking engagements preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools, CMS, and social media management platforms preferred.
