Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid and organic social media strategy, using analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance insights on key channel KPIs, along with actionable improvement recommendations, to C-suite and leadership.
- Oversee content creation and strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, LinkedIn) to drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Build brand excitement across brand's owned social channels by attracting new followers and transforming existing ones into engaged fans and ambassadors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement a strong non-paid growth strategy to increase community size and engagement.
- Manage a monthly content calendar (promos, launches, product focus) in alignment with DTC and global retail/sales schedules, working cross-functionally with internal teams and agencies to implement content.
- Create campaign toolkits to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Lead social analytics and reporting, identifying trends and actionable insights, and deliver weekly team updates and monthly executive presentations.
- Oversee the social budget, including content creation, giveaways, seeding, boosting, and paid media.
- Develop and manage an influencer strategy to align with B2B and B2C goals, including seeding, organic partnerships, and paid creators.
- Utilize and maintain social analytics tools like GA4, Tribe, and Sprout Social to optimize performance tracking.
- Manage a small team, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure high-impact results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 5+ years of social media strategy experience for a major brand or multinational company; Fashion/Beauty industry background is highly desired. Any experience in a direct sales business would be very helpful.
- Experience managing a small team and overseeing both brand and paid social accounts across key platforms (IG, FB, X, TikTok) and additional platforms like YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Skilled in campaign management, content strategy, and generating viral content; experience with post-analysis reporting and executive presentations.
- Solid understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced settings, with experience in budget and vendor management.
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Meta, Google Analytics, Workfront, Tribe, Sprout Social, and basic photo editing tools (Photoshop, Final Cut/iMovie, Adobe Suite).
- Passionate about social media, new trends, storytelling, community-building, and emerging platforms.
