Job Description
Omni Hotels seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The role involves community management, platform administration, and brand strategy, aimed at increasing engagement, managing online communities, supporting properties, and attracting guests.
Location: Onsite at the Omni Corporate Office in Dallas, TX
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for Omni Hotels, supporting property-based social media teams.
- Engage with guests through comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with agencies to source influencers, manage relationships, and develop content strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics, report performance, and strategize for improved engagement and ROI.
- Coordinate with marketing team members for cohesive social media strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends and tools to keep the hotel competitive.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms, especially Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite.
- Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
