Role Description Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid option available) We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Natural Decor USA. This full-time hybrid role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns, managing daily content creation, and driving exposure and lead generation across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven expert who can elevate our social presence, grow our followers, engage with our audience, and most importantly, generate qualified leads for our high-end custom design services. As our in-house social media expert, you will be integral in showcasing our brand, our work, and our expertise to a high-net-worth audience. The primary focus is on lead generation and brand awareness—ensuring that our online presence directly translates into business opportunities with clients who can afford the exceptional work we do. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and captions, that resonates with our target audience. Schedule daily posts that maintain a consistent brand voice and showcase our portfolio of work. Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is shared to attract high-end clients. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and foster a community around our brand. Optimize content for lead generation and work with the sales team to convert social leads into clients. Analyze performance data to measure success and adjust strategies as needed for maximum engagement and ROI. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals. Qualifications
Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably for luxury brands or design-focused industries. Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Strong understanding of analytics tools and SEO strategies to optimize content reach and engagement. Excellent communication and writing skills with a knack for storytelling through visual content. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with team members. Experience with paid social media advertising, including lead generation ads, is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Passion for design, architecture, and high-end home improvement is a plus. Why Join Us?
