This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing campaigns for lead generation, managing budgets strategically, and testing new strategies to drive results.As the primary owner of paid search, you will oversee Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous campaign optimization. You'll also collaborate with our Social Media Specialist to develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to generate leads.Beyond execution, you will lead A/B testing initiatives, optimize landing pages, explore new advertising platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to continually refine and enhance our digital advertising strategies.Sounds interesting? Let's talk.AS A DIGITAL ADVERTISING SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:Lead Generation, Paid Search Management, & ReportingOwn and manage all paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive high-quality lead generation efficiently.Monitor and manage assign leads daily through Salesforce lead generation reports to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.Manage and optimize budgets across search campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI.Develop and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, and bidding tactics for improved conversion rates.Continuously test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to enhance campaign performance.Track and analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS, using insights to drive improvements.Own reporting responsibilities, including monthly paid search performance reports, weekly negative keyword optimization, and daily budget tracker monitoring to ensure efficient spending.Paid Social Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with the Social Media Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Provide input on audience segmentation, creative strategy, and budget allocation to align with lead generation goals.Collaborate with the Design team to optimize ad creatives, ensuring messaging and visuals drive high performance.Testing, Optimization & Growth InitiativesLead A/B testing initiatives on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance landing page performance and improve lead quality.Experiment with new ad platforms and explore emerging advertising opportunities to expand lead generation efforts.Analyze test results and apply data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance.Performance Tracking & InsightsTrack and report on key performance metrics, including Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead conversion rates.Provide regular performance reports and insights to marketing leadership, along with data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital advertising strategy competitive.BENEFITS:We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary benefitsGenerous PTOPaid parental leave (following 12 months of continuous employment)401K Match$200 event reimbursementUdemy Business, a world-class learning and development platformOFFICE INFORMATION:Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company.
