What you will be doing Will develop and implement media strategies that promote the mission, services, and product line of Uchee Pines in a way that glorifies God. Will understand and expand their knowledge of media trends and consumer/guest behavior and needs to ensure the message of God's healing way reaches those in need of healing, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. The Media Director will be responsible for many tasks, including: Designing and implementing campaigns to promote the company across various media channels, such as digital, radio, TV, websites, magazines, and billboards. This would be done through writing, shooting, editing, and scoring digital media shorts and full-length programs. Supervising other individuals in day-to-day media management, including training and motivating team members. What you need Technical skills: Proficiency with software and hardware tools, digital videography and editing, lighting and sound recording. Creative skills: The ability to generate original ideas, stories, and designs. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (important for producing content based on research for a specific audience). Organizational skills: The ability to manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Leadership skills: To help manage teams and oversee production processes. Special Demands Occasional lifting of objects over 10 lbs. Working in exterior temperatures during summer and winter for periods of time.
