Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in California. The Social Media Specialist will play a critical role in the execution of engaging social media campaigns and the overall management of the digital presence. This individual will work closely with the Communications team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the brand, engage the audience, and drive growth.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
- Create engaging and innovative content across all social media platforms.
- Optimize company pages to increase the visibility of social content.
- Foster community interaction and engagement on all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide detailed analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Monday - Friday
Ultimate Staffing Services offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $40, depending on experience.
The role is based in California and requires a candidate who is passionate about social media and driven to make a meaningful impact on the brand's digital presence.
