The Specialist, Social Media + Content Creator is responsible to help us continue expanding our brand presence online. Your role is to assist the team in implementing social media strategies through content creation + community management. This position is responsible for producing original content that will create brand awareness, build our audiences, and drive site traffic/conversions for our brands.

Responsibilities
- Develop compelling, on-brand content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing posts, stories, and videos that showcase our menu offerings, promotions, events, and brand values.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Partner with in-restaurant operations to coordinate photo shoots and product management.
- Assist with content scheduling through Sprout, our social media management tool
- Monitor social media channels for guest feedback, inquiries, and escalations, and respond promptly.
- Work with internal teams to initiate the guest recovery flow.
- Foster a sense of community among our followers by engaging in conversations, hosting Q&A sessions, and running interactive polls and contests.
- Assist with weekly and monthly department reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and social media best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years social media experiene.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and influencer marketing (a plus), preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and photography/ videography skills are a plus.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player, dependable and reliable with the ability to collaborate with a small remote team
