Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist (Talent Agent) Location: Remote / Hybrid Position Type: Part-Time (25-30 hrs a week) About Us: Social Casa Agency is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency connecting brands with top-tier digital creators. We specialize in impactful campaigns and authentic partnerships that drive results. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and socially savvy Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Talent Agent) to help manage and grow our talent roster and opportunities. Position Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll act as a key point of contact between our agency and our internal network of influencers. You’ll assist with campaign coordination, creator outreach, relationship building, and support influencers throughout the partnership process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, brand marketing, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and outreach to potential influencer talent aligned with agency goals Manage and grow relationships with influencers and digital creators Coordinate brand deals, including communication, deliverables, and deadlines Support creators during campaign execution and troubleshoot as needed Track influencer performance and maintain organized records of communications and contracts Communicate with clients and creators professionally and effectively via email and social platforms Assist in social media management, talent promotion, and campaign reporting Qualifications: Current college student or graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media, or related field Strong written communication skills with a knack for professional, personable email outreach Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable managing multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current trends Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media management is a plus What We Offer: Hands-on experience in the influencer and digital marketing industry Opportunity to work with a growing roster of creative talent Growth potential within the agency Seniority level
