Primary Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive UI/UX design strategies across projects
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct UX research and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
- Implement accessibility design principles and perform thorough testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile/scrum environment to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members
- Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Visio
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Angular
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking and documentation
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
