- Press Release Management:
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to local, national, and international media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage and track the impact of press releases on public perception.
- Maintain a media database to ensure relevant and timely distribution of news releases.
- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, reporters, and other media professionals.
- Coordinate and manage media inquiries, ensuring that responses align with corporate messaging.
- Arrange and manage media interviews for executives and key personnel.
- Track media coverage and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Branding and Corporate Image:
- Support the development of the company’s branding strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all communication channels.
- Assist in creating content for various external communication platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media, to support brand visibility.
- External Communications:
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of corporate communications to key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and the media.
- Ensure that all communications reflect the company’s values, mission, and public image.
- Factory Tours Management:
- Organize and manage factory tours for media, visitors, and other external parties.
- Coordinate logistics for these tours, including scheduling, visitor communications, and tour materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact during tours to ensure a positive and informative experience.
- Create materials and presentations to showcase company operations and products during these tours.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience drafting press releases and other public communications.
- Proven experience in managing media relationships and coordinating media events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Experience in managing corporate branding or image-building campaigns.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and analytics.
- Experience in crisis communication and handling media inquiries during challenging situations.
- Knowledge of factory operations or industrial settings is a plus.
