Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr Experienced Aerospace & Defense Technical Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Specialist UX Researcher Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) 11-Month Contract Job ID 25-09419 Solugenix is assisting a client, a financial services company, in their search for a UX Researcher. This is a 11-month contract opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid). Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field. Strong expertise in user testing methodologies, survey design, and qualitative/quantitative research techniques. Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc.). Experience in synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives and presentations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering research insights to cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other design collaboration tools. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a UX research strategy aligned with business needs. Conduct user research via testing, focus groups, surveys, and interviews. Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights. Create formal reports and presentations for stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to ensure research drives product decisions. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $55/hour to $65/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
