About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in San Clemente, CA. This role requires a highly skilled creative professional with a keen eye for detail, strong design expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work supporting the sale of physical products, UI/UX-driven designs, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and product branding.
- Create engaging B2B marketing collateral, ensuring messaging aligns with brand identity and target audiences.
- Design UI/UX elements for digital experiences, ensuring intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling product storytelling.
- Produce high-quality product visuals and mockups to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution within deadlines.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving project needs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in B2B marketing, UI/UX, and visual design.
Requirements
- 7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B-focused environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience creating B2B collateral supporting the sale of physical products.
- Strong experience with UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time with high quality.
- Strong communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple deadlines and last-minute project adjustments.
- Well-developed understanding of color theory, format & layout, typography, and branding.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with INGAGE is a plus.
- Product rendering experience (KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) is a plus.
