We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create targeted digital strategies that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities :
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, display ads, and paid media. Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid advertising performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools. Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to grow brand presence and community. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance and user experience. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) is a plus. What We Offer :
