Job Title: Medical Sales Representative/ Marketer
Job Types: Full-Time (3-Month Probationary Period)
Total Rendered Hours in a week: 40 hours per week
Salary: Annual Salary of $56,200 ($27.01 per hour) + Commission + Allowance + Potential Bonus
Type of Work: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Job Overview:
Innovamed Industries seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative in California. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions across the state.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other key decision-makers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products through product demonstrations, lectures, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide continuous interaction and support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Negotiate contracts: Work with healthcare facilities and providers to negotiate pricing and terms of sale for the company's products.
Schedule appointments: This involves contacting doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to arrange meetings to discuss the company's products.
Willing to travel and maintain clean DMV records.
Utilizing our CRM system and other technology to manage and track progress.
Traveling to assigned locations to meet with clients face-to-face.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Achieve and demonstrate measurable sales results within the first six months.
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year experience (preferred) or proven track record of success in medical sales or a related field.
Willing to be trained
Knowledge and background in medical supplies sales is a PLUS
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Diligent and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to achieving work objectives.
Areas of Coverage: San Diego, Riverside County, and Orange County
