Overview
Develop and execute strategic retail marketing plans that drive store traffic and boost sales
Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful secondary displays across all retail environments
Stay on top of retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Work cross-functionally to design in-store promotions, displays, and marketing campaigns that resonate with customers
Help shape brand positioning and strategies across retail platforms
Gain an in-depth understanding of the pet category across various retail environments (Food, Drug, Mass, Pet Specialty, e-commerce)
Support sales teams by ensuring all necessary materials are available for trade execution
Analyze retail marketing programs, measure success, and recommend improvements
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to cost estimates and contractual guidelines
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of the strategic and retail marketing plans for the U.Participate in joint sales and marketing planning meetings
Take an active role in weekly marketing team meetings
Support the execution of the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the Global Corporate Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing or sales within the pet category at a CPG company
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Asana
Ability to travel up to 25%
