Job Duties
- Develop and implement advanced computer vision algorithms for identifying, tracking, and analyzing objects in real-time.
- Design, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models on embedded systems, ensuring resource-efficient performance.
- Participate in full-cycle software development, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct performance evaluations of high-frame-rate video processing systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimize workflows for embedded platforms with constraints such as memory, power, and processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of video processing systems.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Document and present technical designs and implementation strategies to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning and computer vision algorithm development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with additional experience in embedded systems development.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks, image processing techniques, and computer vision systems.
- Experience with hardware-software integration and optimization for embedded platforms, including GPUs and FPGAs.
- Knowledge of high-speed video processing pipelines and real-time operating systems.
- Familiarity with ARM-based SoCs and microcontrollers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Familiarity with HDMI 1.4/2.0, SDI 3G/6G/12G, and USB 2.0/3.0 standards.
- Experience designing AI systems for resource-constrained environments.
- Expertise in camera systems, sensor integration, and video pipelines.
- Knowledge of compliance standards for aerospace and defense technologies.
- Previous mentorship experience within engineering teams.
- Must be able to obtain US Secret clearance.

Compensation Details
