Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Spectrum Engineers, you’ll work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life. From communications and branding to digital campaigns and event planning, you’ll play a key role in executing high-impact projects that support both company and client goals.

We need a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, stay organized under pressure, and always bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our marketing operations running smoothly by managing SOPs and ensuring our team stays aligned and effective
• Translate strategy into action: support marketing campaigns from start to finish, driving timelines, deliverables, and process improvements
• Help plan and execute events, meetings, and conferences with precision and polish
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards
• Support the CSO directly with high-level administrative tasks, from calendar management to executive meeting prep
• – Track monthly expenses and help manage budgets with attention to detail and foresight

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive communicator with experience in marketing, executive support, or both
• A strong writer who can create explicit, compelling content
• Someone comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with marketing tools like CRMs (Cosential or Unanet preferred), email platforms, and professional services software (Ajera is a plus)
• A team-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-obsessed
