We’re currently seeking a motivated and responsible entry-level marketing specialist to join our TikTok & Affiliate Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) to grow their career in a fast-paced, data-driven eCommerce environment.

Role Summary

As a TikTok Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will support brand growth by building and managing influencer partnerships and affiliate campaigns. You’ll collaborate with creators, track performance, and develop practical skills in digital marketing and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals
• Identify and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers who reflect our brand values
• Collaborate on high-converting, authentic content that drives engagement and sales (GMV)
• Manage campaign execution and ensure content and contract compliance
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, GMV) and provide actionable insights
• Stay up to date with platform trends, influencer marketing best practices, and TikTok culture
• Assist with PR events, brand activations, and influencer collaborations to boost visibility

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy working with people
• A keen interest in sales and social media trends, especially TikTok
• Proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Familiarity with influencer marketing workflow and campaign execution
• Basic skills in content creation and storytelling for social media
• Creative, curious, and able to generate fresh campaign ideas
• Exposure to brand building, digital strategy, or community engagement
• Proactive, fast learner, and dependable team player
