Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for multiple sites across the islands. Collaborate with Heads of Departments to create effective marketing calendars and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Oversee all marketing channels: ATL, BTL, TTL. Manage all social media and PR activities. Maintain full budgetary control. Key Requirements: Marketing experience within the quick service industry is preferred. Marketing degree or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in social media and Google Analytics. Highly organized with a neat and methodical work approach. Adaptable, flexible, positive, and capable of operating in a fast-changing environment. Experience working with external agencies such as PR firms, associations, partnerships, and contractors. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), customer databases, and e-commerce platforms. Excellent planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented and thorough. Enthusiastic with a willingness to go the extra mile and lead effectively.
