Are you a skilled writer with a passion for the healthcare industry? Do you have experience crafting compelling, technically accurate proposals that support strategic growth goals? If so, we want you on our team!

As a PBM Proposal Writer at True Rx Health Strategists, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining proposal content that aligns with client specifications and True Rx Health Strategists' objectives. You’ll partner with the Proposal Manager to ensure that all responses are of the highest quality, and you’ll work closely with a variety of internal teams, including business development, underwriting, marketing, legal, and subject matter experts (SMEs).

The ideal candidate will have experience writing content in areas such as Pharmacy Benefit Management, Specialty Pharmacy, Clinical Programs, Healthcare.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and Enhance Proposal Content: Develop and regularly update a proposal content library that accurately represents True Rx Health Strategists' capabilities.
• Analyze Procurement Documents: Extract key information and communicate insights to the proposal team, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs: Work with key stakeholders to create persuasive narratives that resonate with clients and clearly communicate our value.
• Partnership: Partner with business development, underwriting, marketing, legal and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple, simultaneous projects effectively.
• Meticulously Edit and Review: Ensure all proposal content meets True Rx Health Strategists' brand guidelines, is grammatically accurate, and aligns with our win themes.
• Assemble Proposal Documents: Put together all components of the proposal, including forms and supporting documentation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture post-bid feedback and present opportunities to leadership for continuous process improvements.
• Promote True Rx Health Strategists' Culture: Embrace and actively promote our core values and behaviors in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of the proposal lifecycle.
• Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive content. Proficiency with Responsive (RFPio) proposal management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship. Willingness to invest additional time, including overtime and weekends, when needed to meet proposal deadlines.
• Remote Flexibility: This is a remote position, though occasional travel to the home office may be required.
