Position Overview: As a Sales Advertising Executive at Buffalo Spree, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales revenue through the sale of advertising space across our diverse range of print and digital products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Buffalo, excellent communication skills, and sales experience. You will play a key role in ensuring our revenue targets are met while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in under-represented markets or emerging industries.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Proactively sell advertising space across Buffalo Spree’s print and digital platforms, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and design teams to deliver compelling and impactful advertising solutions to clients.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by managing ad campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to understand opportunities for growth and better serve client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advertising sales, ideally within print or digital media.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Knowledge of the publishing industry and market trends.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
