As an Advertising Sales Director, you will serve as an influential leader overseeing local sales teams. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies and sales plans to drive revenue, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and sales leadership, and hiring, supervising, motivating, and training Sales Managers and teams. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Media sales management (5+ years), leadership (4+ years), experience with major ad agencies
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, strategy, collaboration
- Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines, developing new business, sales reporting knowledge
- Travel: May require travel or client visits
Preferred Qualifications
Cable broadcast and television experience

The base pay ranges from $128,600.00 to $273,400.00. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location, with potential incentives such as bonuses.
Position's commission target starts at $118,866.
