KXLY Radio Group/Phase 3 Digital is looking for an experienced Radio and Digital Salesperson to drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and prospecting for new business in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of radio and digital advertising, a passion for helping local businesses succeed, and the drive to exceed sales goals.

What Your Career Entails:
As a Radio and Digital Salesperson, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while actively prospecting for new business.
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns that incorporate radio, digital, and multi-platform advertising solutions.
- Work directly with local business leaders, helping them craft effective advertising strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through effective consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and understand how to leverage radio, digital, and social media platforms for maximum client success.
This position is for an experienced sales professional who thrives on performance-based success and is excited by the opportunity to control their own financial growth.
What You’ll Get in Return:
- A supportive work environment with managers and teammates who value your contributions.
- A compensation range of $45,000 – $150,000/year, which includes:
- A guaranteed base salary of $45,000 – $60,000/year (based on experience).
- Commission earnings (5%–20% net, depending on the product sold) paid monthly once the guarantee is exceeded or fully commission-based after 12 months.
- A $50/month cell phone allowance.
