We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to fill the role of Data Management Lead for our Extended School Year (ESY) program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all data-related tasks, and ensuring smooth program operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for weekly data uploads, transportation details, and live roster updates.

To be eligible for this role, applicants should demonstrate prior experience in data management, particularly in educational settings, and proficiency in using data platforms and tools essential for program coordination and communication.

The Extended School Year (ESY) provides essential services for students with disabilities as identified by the IEP Team, with the goal of minimizing substantial regression and ensuring effective progress. The program relies on seamless data management to support ESY staff, ensuring accurate and timely updates to rosters, transportation logistics, and weekly program data.

1. Weekly Data Uploads: Complete and manage weekly data uploads accurately and on time, following established ESY data standards.
2. Transportation Coordination and Updates: Regularly update transportation information, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure students’ needs are reflected accurately.
3. Live Roster Maintenance: Update live rosters for all ESY sites, maintaining real-time accuracy for effective program management and communication.
4. Collaboration and Communication with ESY Team: Collaborate with Program Directors, Site Coordinators, and transportation personnel to ensure all updates reflect current data and align with ESY program goals.
5. Ongoing Program Support as Needed: Provide additional data support as necessary, staying accessible to address emerging needs during the program's duration.

The Data Management Lead will receive a stipend of $2,500 for the duration of the ESY program, encompassing data management activities conducted outside of regular working hours.

• Experience in data management, preferably within educational or school-based settings.
• Proficiency in data platforms and tools, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines, with effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
