Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer – Sports & Paid Media Focus

Location: Remote with preference to candidates in California

Contract, 3 months with potential to extend further

Pay: 48-$50/hr (w2)

Estimated 40 hrs a week

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp, clean aesthetic and a passion for high-impact creative. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, crafting paid media campaigns and bringing brand identities to life with precision and clarity that span the NFL, NBA, MLB, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of digital and paid creative across entertainment campaigns (NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.)
• Execute clean, direct, and effective visual storytelling across static, motion, and social formats
• Design for performance—ads that convert—while staying on brand
• Translate branding guidelines into compelling creative, maintaining consistency and polish
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and motion teams
• Work on occasional entertainment and music-related social assets
• Ensure final deliverables are optimized and production-ready across all channels

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design
• A portfolio that showcases high-performing, paid media creative
• Proven ability to apply brand guidelines with creativity and restraint
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); Figma or After Effects a plus
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and type
• Understanding of digital ad specs and platform best practices (Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.)
• Experience working with athlete imagery and fast-turn social moments
• Comfort designing with data and performance in mind
• Passion for sports, music, and entertainment culture
