Learn more about our mission, values, and how you can be part of this exciting journey here.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us drive pipeline growth through digital marketing, growth loops, and virtual events. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the marketing team at Sprig. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and lifecycle teams to build and optimize programs that generate high-quality marketing-sourced opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.This role is based out of our San Francisco office 4 days per week.Your ImpactContribute to marketing-sourced opportunities and pipeline targets per quarter.Scale automated outbound program that contributes to marketing sourced opportunities.Execute virtual events per month to generate sales-qualified leads and pipeline.Increase performance marketing conversion rates and lower cost-per-opportunity with key target accounts and personas.Improve website conversion rates by 15% through CRO initiatives.Enhance lead scoring models and optimize marketing-sales alignment to improve pipeline velocity.Your Strengths5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.Deep expertise in paid digital acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting) and conversion rate optimization, with a data-driven approach to improving performance.Hands-on experience planning and executing virtual events and webinars that generate high-intent, sales-qualified pipeline.Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Salesforce, with the ability to build and optimize lead flows, scoring models, and nurture campaigns.Strong problem-solving and growth mindset, continuously experimenting and optimizing to unlock new opportunities for pipeline growth.Highly collaborative team player, effectively partnering across the GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to align on shared goals and drive impact.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Benefits & PerksCompetitive SalaryCompetitive Employee Equity401K ProgramMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsFSA/HSA Benefit$175/month Commuter BenefitAdditional Wellbeing BenefitsFlexible Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveProfessional Development StipendHybrid Office PolicyLunch available 5x a week in SF and NYCDinner available 4x a week in SFCompany Sponsored Social EventsAt Sprig, we pride ourselves on being a people-first company, where your contributions truly matter and are valued. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
