Media Operations Creative Coordinator
Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and operationally-driven creative coordinator to work alongside our media operations team. Media Operations is responsible for scaling creative photography.
- This role will collaborate closely with production, but primarily focus on education and quality as they relate to editing and retouching.
Duties:
- Evaluate high volumes of assets against creative photography and editing quality standards
- Participate in and lead alignment sessions with internal and global teams to ensure quality and consistency
- Be able to provide photographers and retouching partners with creative and technical feedback
- Compile and analyze data to create comprehensive reports at the team level. Provide recommendations to the post-production workflow, structured feedback on the tools, and solutions to mitigate any gaps identified.
- Identify gaps in training materials and collaborate on required updates
- Coordinate with India based media operations team on creative and process related updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years working in photography or photo operations
- Background in professional photography
- Familiarity with industry standard DSLR cameras and lenses
- Attention to detail while delivering at large scale
- At ease with an ambiguous environment with significant shifts in strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe products (Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop)
- Experience with delivering creative feedback, especially with regards to photo editing
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable with graphic design principles, especially as they relate to conveying creative information through keynote or slide presentations.
- Familiarity with design programs (Figma, Sketch, etc.) is a plus
Compensation:
- $46.29 – 51.72/hr W-2
