This position can be remote or hybrid in our White Plains NY Office The Position We’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative and solutions-oriented Marketing Tech Administrator to join our Business Development & Marketing team. As the Marketing Tech Administrator, you will manage various platforms in our tech stack, including our HubSpot and Zoom accounts and the firm website, and work closely with various team members to understand business needs and implement technology-based solutions. Your role is vital in maintaining contact database and automation workflow integrity, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the delivery of key insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities : HubSpot CRM management and data integrity; maintaining current automations and adding new ones as needed Managing webinar set up on Zoom and HubSpot and website. Content to be provided by manager or other team members. Building forms and emails and CTAs for gated content. Building workflows as needed by the team Troubleshooting reporting or workflow issues Building and managing reports and dashboards for team Providing backup for team members, including building marketing emails, social media posting, website posting Work closely with other team members to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions. Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools. Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation. Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity. Qualifications Ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of HubSpot platform, strong familiarity of Zoom platform and integrations, and experience with Word Press. HTML coding experience a plus, but not required. A minimum of 2 years of HubSpot administration experience Experience working directly with marketing teams and implementing their requirements in the CRM system. Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports / dashboards, and data analysis / modeling. Ability to administer and configure a CRM system (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.). Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Bonus points for any Hubspot certifications Diligence, enthusiasm, and an interest in marketing strategy, content marketing, SEO, HR, recruiting, and tech. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
