Location: Hybrid onsite, 3 days a week in Peoria or Chicago, IL or Irving, TXType: Ongoing Contract, 40 hours a weekCompensation Range: $45-$50/hr W2We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager for a long term, hourly hire opportunity onsite Peoria, IL or Chicago IL. For this position, the Sr Project Manager will collaborate with many areas throughout the company to design, build, execute, and maintain multi-touch marketing campaigns focused on strategy development, marketing automation implementation, social media planning/executing, website development, and digital advertising.Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strong partner to AM roles and manage small or extra-small Business Units (BUs) independently of the AMs.
Workfront Management: Own the creation of all Workfront projects and collaborate with the Resource Manager on resourcing needs.
Meeting Ownership:
Set up and manage all project meetings, take notes, and provide meeting recaps.
Own and lead POD meetings, including setting the agenda, structuring the discussion, and managing follow-ups.
Backup to AM Role: Act as a backup to AMs during their out-of-office periods, ensuring continuity in workflows.
Presentations: Present to lower-level management (up to the director level) as needed.
Future Growth: Candidates should have an interest in growing into an AM role in the future.
QualificationsExperience:
5 years of project management experience in marketing or other relevant marketing experience.
Agency experience.
Experience in marketing automation, digital strategies, social media, and SEO/SEM.
Skills:Skills and Tools:
Proficiency with Workfront and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage meetings and client relationships effectively.
Ability to work in fluid, ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
