Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range of $70,000 - $106,000 USD Excellent, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-paid HRA Generous PTO and 15 company-wide holidays Opportunity for career growth in a disruptor space within the organization Work-life balance with an emphasis on personal well-being Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with various employee resource groups What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Plan, build, and manage clients' media campaigns, ensuring quality assurance Communicate with clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting issues Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks for clients and internal projects Execute on media platforms, including Programmatic DSPs and Ad Servers Utilize internal tools for effective task management and completion What is Required (Qualifications): 1-2 years of experience in a relevant media role or environment Intermediate proficiency in at least two media platforms relevant to the Media team Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyze data and identify trends, outliers, and important outputs Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and initiatives effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience working in a professional setting with team members and clients Familiarity with programmatic DSPs such as DV360, TTD, and Amazon DSP Ability to run effective meetings, including agenda-building and note-taking Self-awareness and the ability to manage personal stress while working with clients and teams
