About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead visual design and design systems while providing art direction for branded moments in our product. You'll create beautiful, consistent user experiences and build scalable design foundations. You should also be capable of designing end-to-end features when needed.

You'll be an early member of the design team, reporting directly to a co-founder and head of design. We're looking for data-savvy, analytical designers who are excited to work in a small, dynamic startup environment and believe in our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our design system, including component libraries and visual standards
• Lead visual design for key product features with focus on polished, intuitive interfaces
• Direct art direction for branded moments and key user journey touchpoints
• Design end-to-end product features from concept through implementation when needed
• Collaborate with engineering on design system implementation and handoff
• Mentor junior designers and establish design quality standards
  
  

• 5+ years product design experience with strong visual design focus
• Proven expertise building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong art direction skills and brand-conscious design approach
• Ability to design end-to-end features from PRD through implementation
• Data-savvy with analytical mindset for design decisions
• Experience with design tokens, component libraries, and dev handoff
• Portfolio showcasing design systems work and strong visual design
  
  

• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
• Brand design or identity work experience
• Design ops and process optimization background
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
