The Marketing team supporting Amazon Health Services (AHS), including Amazon Pharmacy, Amazon One Medical Primary Care, Pay-per-Visit, and Health Benefits Connector, seeks an innovative and experienced Senior Manager of Brand and Creative. This individual will lead a team of Creative Designers to support all marketing functions, leveraging strategic, creative, UX design, and production expertise to develop solutions that bring us closer to our vision—engaging in 1:1 conversations with customers. The role involves building and managing a team, making strategic investments, partnering across teams, and integrating new technologies like generative AI to innovate our content production and creative mechanisms. You'll work closely with health services teams to make healthcare more accessible and engaging for customers. Key responsibilities include:
Develop long-term creative marketing and brand UX strategies, set milestones, and establish mechanisms and metrics to achieve them. Build and lead a team of creative designers and Design Technologists. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to automate design processes and create scalable, partner-friendly templates. Create versatile templates for various marketing channels, allowing partners to customize content easily. Adapt Amazon assets for different channels and regional priorities, reflecting customer journey stages and awareness levels. Monitor, analyze, and optimize designs through A/B testing and other methods. Coordinate with Amazon brand teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and manage third-party branding assets. Amazon Health Services (AHS) aims to simplify healthcare engagement. The marketing team supports all AHS businesses, managing strategy, media spend, asset development, and customer engagement initiatives. Basic qualifications:
6+ years of design experience 3+ years of leading design teams Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration Preferred qualifications:
