Oversee the execution of high-impact marketing design initiatives for Amazon Gift Cards and Incentives, driving visual strategy and creative excellence at scale. Manage the full lifecycle of global marketing campaigns, planning, intake, resource allocation, execution, and optimization, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. Strong partnership with marketing, UX, VX, XCM, and business teams to define project scopes, streamline workflows, and ensure strategic alignment across multiple stakeholders. Own and evolve marketing design and message testing roadmaps, testing visual treatments, leveraging insights to refine creative strategies and maximize customer engagement. Design and implement scalable processes that optimize creative pipelines, balancing cross-team needs while increasing operational efficiency and impact. Oversee external design agency partnerships, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Establish and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external global teams, fostering alignment, transparency, and seamless execution. Invent and simplify marketing design workflows, implementing best practices to enhance studio production, increase speed to market, and elevate brand consistency. Supporting scaling design pipelines in Figma & ASANA (or other program management tools). Supporting photography strategy and workflows. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of design experience
