Sr. UX Designer - Hybrid (Onsite One Day a Week), Ridgefield Washington - Full Time Summary: We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for an e-commerce platform. This role involves user research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the shopping journey. Requirements: 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in e-commerce. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Strong research and usability testing skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging web and mobile experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing. Develop and maintain design systems and information architecture. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
