As a Sr. Account Executive in our Softlines category, reporting to a Sales Manager, you will leverage your experience in digital and video advertising to grow our domestic revenues by engaging Fortune 500 clients and their ad agencies. Your broad client and agency relationships, consultative selling approach, and understanding of digital advertising—including Video, Programmatic, OTT, Search, and Display—will position you as a strategic partner, offering solutions aligned with clients' business goals.
This role is supported by our operations team and offers the chance to work with leadership that has driven our rapid growth. You will sell personalization technologies across multiple platforms and focus on expanding revenue from existing clients while identifying new opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales and customer service to agency and brand clients.
- Lead internally across account teams and partner groups.
- Develop and implement comprehensive funnel strategies from ideation to analysis.
- Prospect and establish new relationships at all levels within large advertising organizations.
- Retain and grow revenue from current advertisers.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Understand Amazon’s advertising tools and opportunities to craft relevant solutions.
- Use CRM tools to track account activities and forecast sales to meet quarterly targets.
- Maintain knowledge of the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape.
- Note: Starting January 2, 2025, in-office work is expected five days a week unless traveling.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- Proven success in closing sales and generating revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building new customer relationships
- Additional experience in closing sales and revenue generation
