Characteristics of a Division Manager:Be goal oriented with growth intentions for you and your company.Willingness to share honestly and help others succeed, too.Openness to receiving constructive feedback and insights from others.Desire to run your business above board and be a positive example to others.Licenses, and Registrations·Valid drivers license issued by the state where employed with 3 years of a clean driving record·Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and/or other relevant licenses including: Pesticide License, Certified Irrigation Technician, and Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute.Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities·Strong customer service·Strong leadership skills·Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire a team·Experience working with commercial property managers, owners, and general contractors·Excellent oral and written communication·Ability to prioritize multiple tasks·Organizational skills·Flexibility·Intermediate to advanced understanding or Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook·The ability to understand construction drawings, specifications, and do take offs·Have a solid understanding of the landscape construction processCompensationAt Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance, we strive to deliver a Compensation package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
