Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Our client, a growing kids apparel company, is seeking a Print/Graphic Designer - Boys Apparel to join their team in New York.
Responsibilities
- Create unique prints and graphics in a dynamic work environment
- Take artwork from the initial concept stage through to pre-production
- Work closely with the Design team to manage deadlines and deliver artwork on time
- Effectively communicate with other teams to ensure successful execution of designs
- Stay informed about current trends in print and graphic design for inspiration
- Ensure artwork is factory-ready and properly set up for production
- Promote teamwork and growth by conducting research and suggesting best practices for the team
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Print and Graphic Design or a similar area
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Art or Graphic Design
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop, particularly for textile design
- Strong talent in illustration and painting
- High attention to detail and excellent time management capabilities
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
