Location Details: This role is hybrid with up to 2 days on-site/week in Washington D.C.
Manage aspects of meeting logistics, developing agenda topics and flow of presentations. Coordinate with speakers, stakeholders and their support staff while providing strong live facilitation skills in a room with any size group of participants. Organize actions, decision points and execute briefs in a concise and extremely timely manner (i.e. by the end of the meeting something ready to share) Group level support includes strategic communications planning, event planning, collaborative workgroup facilitation, and change management communications. Cultivate strong relationships with Program Managers and leads to support the implementation of leadership direction, decisions made, feedback received, and actions tracked/taken/completed. Support team development, offsite planning and facilitation, stakeholder engagement, human capital management, training, and knowledge sharing support (working alongside the workforce development SME). Program management support includes drafting executive briefings, facilitating, note taking, and action tracking. Culture change support includes the evolution of organizational improvement initiatives strengthening organizational health and resiliency. Drafting/writing and moderating of management meetings; dissemination of team feedback forms to collect timely questions and comments; and the writing of communications to executive level leadership. Development and tracking of executive level notes, minutes, briefings and artifacts. Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree plus at least 10 years of experience is required. A Master's Degree may substitute for three years of experience. Strong facilitation experience required. Communications planning and content creation required. Knowledge of the PMO at the FAA preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension. Attention to detail with strong organization skills. Expectation that in-person facilitation for recurring all hands is a requirement. Ability to keep momentum on actions moving between meetings and diligence to follow up with participants for updates. Ability to juggle in-person and virtual participants in real time. Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects in a timely manner. The Evans Experience

Compensation
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $135,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans's total compensation package for employees.
