Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.We are seeking a talented Sr Designer/Sr Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. The perfect candidate could have experience at a creative agency, a startup, or related organization. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience with creating and directing high-level design aesthetics, videography, and photography. As the Sr Designer, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual assets that align with Levelpath’s brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to develop, execute, and implement creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.ResponsibilitiesLead the conceptualization and execution of visual assets for the Levelpath brand, including marketing campaigns, digital, video, print materials, presentations, and events.Ensure brand consistency across all internal marketing materials and channels.Maintain and establish high creative standards that align with our brand standards.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.Manage the production process, including working with external vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of assets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative work.What Excites Us About YouYou are a creative storyteller and a brand champion who will tell the story of procurement through all forms of media (print, web, video, photography).You hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and have proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a startup.You can provide a strong portfolio that showcases vision and execution of client and employer projects across various mediums.You possess great proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software and are adept at problem-solving.You have experience with motion graphics and video editing.You have a keen eye for detail and are excellent at collaborating on projects.You possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Please note: We are a dynamic Series A company that thrives on in-office collaboration. Our in-office environment fosters spontaneous conversations, swift decision-making, strong team bonds, and comprehensive cross-functional learning. Therefore, this position requires full-time, in-office presence (5 days a week).
