We’re seeking an ambitious Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution within a fast-paced, publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating stakeholders, and influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies based on market and customer insights. Responsibilities
Define target audiences, marketing strategies, and product positioning for the Extreme Events Solutions business. Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform strategies. Develop customer personas, buyer needs, and purchase processes. Identify market opportunities for new features and solutions. Create multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Develop messaging and positioning to differentiate solutions. Support sales enablement with market reports and marketing resources. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, content, and social media. Analyze marketing performance and provide insights for decision-making. Act as a thought leader in the product/solution category. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred. 10-15 years of strategic marketing or product management experience. Successful in developing marketing strategies and stakeholder alignment. Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Strong collaboration skills across organizational levels. Data-driven with measurable metrics for marketing impact. Skills
Strategic, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Resilient, innovative, and results-oriented. Additional Information
This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 times a week at our Jersey City, NJ or Boston, MA offices.
