Join our team as a Social Media Manager on the Marketing Development Team, where you'll lead social strategy for ResiBrands and our emerging home service brands. In this role, you'll develop and execute content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and establishes a strong digital presence for our newest brands. Expertise in content creation, audience growth, and platform management will be essential in ensuring every post aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across our brands, driving engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  Collaborate with videographers, designers, and marketing managers to create top-tier content.
• Write compelling copy that aligns with each brand's identity.
• Lightly edit and optimize video clips for shorts, reels, and other social media formats.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, refining strategies based on insights.
• Meet KPI goals to support marketing objectives across all brands.

What You'll Bring With You:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant business experience
• Experience with strategy and social media content best practices
• Background in growing social media channels (primarily including YouTube)
• Proven track record of growing vanity metrics and engagement
• Desire to see your work make an impact across the business
• Strong, elite attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
