7+ years of B2B Growth Marketing or Lead Gen experience including end-to-end campaign management 3+ years of Account Based Marketing campaign and Persona Based targeting experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.) Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.) Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple, compelling messaging Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
