Instructional Designer and Program Manager
The Opportunity:As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client and global defense sector strategies. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft CoPilot, and regular interactions with clients and leadership.

You Have:Experience with managing and implementing budgets and plans in line with regulations, standards, or organizational policies, analyzing financial data, creating financial reports, and making informed decisions based on available information
Knowledge of management best practices for diverse populations and stakeholders, organizing large groups of individuals to accomplish organizational goals, and creating and executing program plans and events to meet long-term objectives
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and comprehend their unique needs and perspectives
Ability to involve both internal and external parties of an organization to pursue shared objectives, devise and oversee a communications strategy, and identify non-supportive key stakeholders towards organizational events or results
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:Experience in working directly with or in the U.S. Military in any capacity
Knowledge of protocol, traditions, and communication norms
Knowledge of international travel, expectations, norms, and key factors for success when traveling overseas
Ability to plan and execute international travel and adapt to new cultures and environments
Ability to navigate the unique culture of the military and work effectively within it
Ability to achieve goals and objectives in large group environments, provide public instruction and presentations, and motivate and inspire large groups of people
Ability to display a continued commitment to learning and professional development
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
