Job Description Overview This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Coordinator & Manager, located in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Coordinator & Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing activities, including communication, sales support, event planning, writing marketing content, and project management. Daily tasks will include developing and executing marketing plans, organizing events, managing projects, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Experience in Sales support and Event Planning Effective organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in marketing tools and software (CRM, Monday.com, Adobe) Compensation Health Insurance Seniority level
