Salary Range: $62,400 - $80,200

Job Description

The Digital Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating engaging designs and animations for marketing materials. This role requires effective design skills for a wide range of digital marketing components (emails, site assets, digital advertising, and social media). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the creative & marketing teams to ensure seamless adherence to processes and the achievement of goals, while proactively identifying and addressing any challenges that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create innovative designs and compelling stories in line with each season's inspiration and franchise campaigns.
• Create digital layouts and gif animations using existing templates.
• Maintain excellence in all creative outputs with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, photography, and animation.
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete various design and production tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow projects from concept to final approval, ensuring creative integrity throughout.
• Ensure proper sign-off processes, proofread, and verify content and specifications for all projects.
• Stay current with the latest developments in design and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design within branded content, agency, editorial, or marketing environments.
• Strong conceptual abilities, sophisticated sense of color, and editorial layout skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design, typography, and branding fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Solutions-oriented, proactive, and highly driven.
• Interest in the fashion/luxury e-commerce industry.
