Key Job Responsibilities
Develop, execute and manage end-to-end our global email marketing programs, from engagement to retention efforts. Analyze customer data to identify segments, develop targeted email strategies, and create personalized experiences. Launch new automated email programs and optimize existing flows. Execute on single-send promotional campaigns in collaboration with our brand marketing manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business intelligence, and customer success to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals. Analyze and report on key email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the team. Stay current with email marketing trends and spearhead the adoption of new email technologies and methodologies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience. Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners. Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint. Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
