Luxury Stores at Amazon is seeking an innovative senior marketing leader to serve as the Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead our onsite marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving discoverability and traffic on Amazon’s owned and operated channels and owning the roadmap for automated content, new brand launches, seasonal shopping events (e.g., Mother’s Day, Prime Day), and industry moments (e.g., Fashion Month, Best of Beauty).
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, data-driven marketer with exceptional strategic thinking, strong cross-functional project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. They are comfortable working across teams to influence partners, can balance creative and technical requirements to meet goals, and enjoys inventing new ways to optimize the customer experience (e.g., leveraging generative AI). They will have deep experience in merchandising and testing, passionate about using data to drive conversion, and excited about shaping the luxury fashion and beauty experience on Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy for onsite marketing, including automation, new brand launches, seasonal events, and content roadmap to drive discoverability across owned and operated channels.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization (channel marketing, creative, site merchandising, brand, product, and engineering) to optimize the end-to-end customer experience and launch campaigns that drive conversion.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, traffic, sales), establish goals and benchmarks across channels, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Conduct in-depth research and analyses of customer shopping behavior to inform campaign calendar, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Present strategy, learnings, and recommendations to internal partners and senior leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing and integrated marketing roles, ideally in the luxury or fashion industry.
