Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Sr. Product Specialist, Global Site, Structure, & Navigation
Pay Rate: $40.97/hr
Location: Dublin, OH (Position is predominately remote but will require 1-2 onsite days per month)
Note: this is a W2 contract position; this position is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidates
The Digital Marketing Specialist – Sr. Product Specialist, Global Site, Structure, & Navigation, reports directly to the Senior Product Manager. This role would be responsible for supporting Product Owners by managing day-to-day operations within eCommerce and Digital Marketing solutions.
Position Duties:
Support Product Owners on the Global Site, Structure, & Navigation Team for several digital initiatives within an assigned portfolio, including assisting Product Owners with day-to-day execution of product roadmaps
Documenting notes and recaps from Standup/Core Hour Calls and Working Sessions
Preparing tasks for Designers, the Copy Team, and Business Analysts (BA) in JIRA on decisions made from team meetings
Assisting with discovery work and epic creation
Working cross functionally with the internal business units, vendors, and the Information Technology Team to complete work against strategic plans
Planning and prioritizing product feature backlogs and development for products based on business value and/or ROI
Assisting with product release plans and setting expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Helping Product Owners with User Acceptance Testing
Communicating feature releases to stakeholders and Business SMEs
Advocating for the customer while balancing the needs of the business needs
Position Qualifications:
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to details and ability to capture notes and decisions made during team calls
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker ability with ability to consider the overall product vision
A positive attitude and an excitement to learn
Previous Product Ownership and/or digital field experience preferred
Project Management background/experience preferred
Knowledge of Agile processes and principles preferred
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or other related field preferred
