As the Business Operations Manager within CCR's Operations and Technology team, you'll support and establish operational excellence that enables our success. Key job responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Process Optimization
Support business review processes, planning cycles, and strategic calendar
Automate executive reporting processes for S-team and Board
Support goal-management processes, prepare agendas and reports
Operational Excellence and Knowledge Management
Maintain key performance metrics
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks
Enhance knowledge repositories, improving content organization and searchability
Support adoption of operational tools like Kingpin across CCR
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Partner with internal teams including Finance, Legal, HR, and Procurement on cross-org projects
Facilitate best practice sharing and process improvements across CCR
Collaborate with business teams and PMs to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement
Program and Project Management
Oversee end-to-end project delivery and report results to senior leadership through 2x2’s, QBR’s, and Annual Planning
Drive implementation of operational improvements
Create feedback loops from customers to improve optimization
Technology and Systems Management
Oversee file storage systems and migration projects
Optimize and leverage key operational platforms (e.g., WorkDocs, Asana, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite)
Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
